We are members of the School Library Asociation, 4Children, Daycare Trust, Social Enterprise London and Ethical Junction - a positively vetted group of organisations working sustainably.
City Stories is a growing project that seeks to deliver authors, children's books and our famous red book bags to children - especially where books are not a common currency.
Free at the point of delivery, we also provide a web site to the community as part of the project event - to make the starting of a children's book group a durable legacy of a new interest in books and reading...see more at Leyton Stories for example.

Reading and books has to be one of the best things for finding out about the world beyond your doorstep.
Our work with children and families could not be complete without developing Dolphin Booksellers as a way to broaden horizons and bring imagination and creativity for all children.
To be at the forefront of developments in literacy and technology that bring the two areas together and into the 21st Century is fundamental.
And so Dolphin Booksellers was started.....
- Bringing you information about books and aspects of literacy.
- Keeping up to date with technology and new media programmes.
- Working with all communities to deliver book projects for children and families.
- Providing ways to find books and to buy on line.

We bring groups together - making contact - finding ways to be in touch with people all over the world. Where we can we pass on books that can still be used.
Our work with schools and groups to provide more than a sales service, but a way of buying books and making friends from across the seas- extending horizons and bringing children's imaginations alive.
